the community of this villa is so good with a big green space and it is a pet-friendly place. i hope that i can bring my dog here, she will be happy with it. inside the house, it has a spacious space and fully equipped kitchen. the villa is close to dubai, which is suitable for everyone who wants to live in abu dhabi and work in dubai.

i’m looking for a new house and found this place which is close to the airport but the atmosphere around this villa is still calm with many trees that are so great. it’s a bit sad, there are not many places near the villa but the villa provides everything i need in the project. it’s not only have villas in this area but it also have apartments, which is suitable for the person who live alone and it is safe.

there are two options in alghadeer, apartments or townhouses. i chose the three bedroom townhome since i live with my family. i like the design of both the exterior and interior. it’s got this urban, and contemporary modern look while luxury at the same time. the area is currently growing and developing, so it’s not fully developed yet. i’m excited about the future and how the area is going to be like. i feel like it’s a good place to invest and live here.

the project is a mixed-use development. it has an apartment and townhouse in the project community. there are many facilities to comfort while staying here. this project is suitable for the holiday home because it is a calm and serene place to stay. the house was designed in a modern style with a square and white tone. you’ll get a private car parking and a private garden in the house, which will help you feel more privacy and more calm.
