nothing is impossible here in dubai. the villas is beuatifully design with amazing features. i mean a bedroom in the first floor which is spacious. living area in the second floor with a very very beautiful view of dubai, and all the green surrounding. in a calm and quiet location for me and family to enjoy a great time together. however a bit far from the city, so you would need a private car to go to work places or most of dubai amenties. but damac hills is amazing for families to live together and enjoy together in a very beautiful design villa. can not say how beautiful it is.

i have been in and out of dubai for work, leisure with families and by myself very often. always wanted to invest in dubai real estate as the market is underperforming and new launches comes in a very decent price and payment. finally with fazwaz agents found a great holiday home. as in canada it can great very cold, so dubai perfect for long holidays when our childrens are taking a break from school. the model 5 bedroom villa is very modern, spacious, and has a rustic feel to it. similar to canada my first home, like the home is onto of the mountains. the private garden space is amazing for my families to run around, in the green. for investment is great to get rental yield and the price is much more affordable then in canada. the drawback is you would need a private car to enter the city and iconic buildings of dubai. however the home is just perfect to spend quality family time

for golfers viridis apartment dubai is the place to be with great investment opportunity. been looking for a great investment deal in real estate dubai and found a great location in viridis apartment dubai. direct access to damac hills golf club and to various other golf clubs in the area, is amazing. a 1-bedroom apartment is high, with floor-to-cieling glass windows to view dubai green landscape and golf courses too. the apartment has a nice kitcen area, with a spacious balcony to sip my coffee. dubai as a region in uae is golfer paradise. great investment opportunity for high rental yield as now to world is back off traveling again.

cascade villas is a multi-purposed area with a variety of facility onside, but the importance of the project for me is location where’s in damac hill which is a reliable and livable project. especially, there’s close to the relaxing space which is lake wichita park. the project facility is proper and convenient public transportation as well

bahya villas is located in damac hill 2 and on point both in the professional part and travel part. the project has convenient transportation for sure and easy to access business or financial hubs such as dubai silicon oasis and dubai investment park less than 30 minutes driving. the project’s still close to tourist attractions such as qudra desert, the sevens stadium and طوي المره historical park. so, i think this tenant house and prime location is really worth it and it isn't difficult to make a decision.

for me, the project is interesting because of their location. for firstly, there is in damac hill 2 project and i this different from other by there’s conception which is fantastic because it close to many tourist attraction not only be a golf community, other resident and me is easy to travel to sahara by tour dubai and qudra desert. especially, inside the project has carrefour supermarket and dubai outlet mall as one of the facilities.

akoya for my first impression, i thought the project is full of cheerfully by their modernly design and vivid color both exterior and interior. for living here, this project provides me and other resident a simple convenient living, there’s variety of facility such as many types of leisure and convenience. these are suitable to family because of the project’s space and leisure but also on point for single and working person as well.

uno villas in my opinion, since i first researched the project it is so interesting. this villa for sale is one of my desirable residences because in addition to affordable price and high roi, the project qualification both design and concept would support me and others in productivity living and provide a serene environment surrounding the luxury house. that’s why i impressed by this villa and think it worth to invest.

aurum villas in dubai is one of the best purchases i have made. been living in dubai for couple for years and aurum villas are modern, beautiful, and provide one of the best view of trump international golf club and dubai natural landscapes. an 4-bedroom villas is spacicous, comes with an private garden. got parking spaces, a family room on the 2nd floor. the first floor is perfect for living area and for the kids to have a play area. the masterbed room has a beautiful view of dubai skyline with an walk-in clsoet. when i travel around for work with the family, the villas provides a great rental yields as dubai have beautiful golf courses, and the aurum villas provide the best access to plenty of golf courses in the area.

for me, eterno villas is a desirable villa for sale in damac hill 2 and really worth the dubai investment. the project’s one of a kind by having a multi purpose top floor which could be designed to be home office, studio or home theater. i think that’s really practical and nice to invest in because there’s not only residents and facilities but also investment for the professional part or this could be claimed as a multi functional home with a variety of lifestyles available by facility in the surrounding area.
