al yass tower in dubai marina is luxury and comfortbale in the same time. located just right across the marina and near by to marina walk it is amazing to just come out for a walk and look at the beautiful sunset. the apartment in al yass tower is afforable, for the central location of dubai marina. the amenitites in dubai marina is great. a 2-bedroom apartment is spacious with an american-style open kitchen to bring friends and families for a small get-together. the master bedroom is high and comes with a study/work area. a walk-in closet. a great apartment at al yass tower for me who love the city lifestyle.

al seef tower 2 is one of the projects set in the finest community in dubai. family community with the state of the art facilities that suit all residents needed. including gardens, leisure park, walking and jogging track, as well as there are also shopping malls and supermarkets nearby which are very convenient. there is a beautiful view of the community and water from the window, making me feel relaxed at night. as it is near the main road like sheikh zayed road, it is easily accessible to the inner city with ease. thank you

the apartment was close to the marina walk where the wind breeze from the marina blew through the room. it makes me feel fresh and relaxed. the apartment is near the marina walk marine transportation station 1 and close to the main road, which is easy to commute to the other locations. the balcony was designed with a glass barrier, so i can see the clear view near the condo.

i have just moved to liv residence and i have to say. here is a great place to live with a perfect marina view. the kitchen is chic and modern with lots of storage cabinets. the staff were very nice and accommodating, my deciding factor was the unit design and the maids room. i love the layout of our home, which provides a wide balcony as well as the right color tone. the location is great as i am a beach lover and can walk to the beach. moreover, they offer all the necessary amenities for comfortable living which is nice to stay.

al seef tower 1 is a building that is in the grand scheme of al seef tower. there appear to be 3 buildings in total. this project is a tall building. elegant and unique. for me, the building has a contemporary shape. cream tone contrasting with blue glass decoration. inside the building is spacious and full of amenities. there is a floor for parking, of course that makes it even more convenient. inside the room is quite spacious. but the decoration is plain but my impression is the wide balcony. can see the view of the blue water. overall i quite like this project for its convenience and reasonable price compared to the location in the dubai marina.

in my opinion, al yass tower is the great apartment building in the exclusive location. there are many shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. other than that, i like the facilities that are offered. the building is high rise and has modern decor. providing an amazing view of marina which i sense a good vibe when i stay on the balcony in the evening. lively place in a outstanding location! i really recommend for those who need to stay in a nice community with the exclusive facilities.

al seef tower 3 features high-end residential buildings and offers a number of modern amenities for today's people. i think the project is suitable for big families because there are more than 2-bedroom units available. i loved the nice and peaceful community with the full options of amenities here, not only entertainment options but also transportation as well. the contemporary interior and large space make me comfortable and relaxed. during the day the view of the neighborhood from my room is very nice as well. i loved all things that the projects provided.
