silverence tower is an amazing property for sale in dubai marina. i have live and work in dubai for 10 years and so many times have changed. but dubai marina will also be a very vibrant and buzzing community in dubai. you can find anything in dubai marina. everything is easily accessible with lots for leisure ameniteis to do. silverence tower a 1 bedroom apartment is amazing, with beautiful view for the marina and i work at the airport so its very easy to commute via the metro. the apartment have spacious kitchen where we can have dinner parties. the balcony is spaicous, the bedroom is amazing, however the living area can be a bit smaller. but it is also amazing for investment as when i go back to singapore i can rent out the apartment as it is close by to palm jumeirah and the burj khalifa.

marina quay west is a very good apartment in dubai marina. the year build is a bit old, but the amenities are facilities are very modern. the surrounding area is just prestigious, vibrant and beauiful. i mean i eat and drink as much i want. dubai is not known for food but dubai marina is amazing for it. transportation is very easy as the metro is just 3 minutes away. however during the really hot months, it is can bad. but then there is a bus stop right in front the apartment. amazing location, amazing home to have in dubai marina to experience dubai to its fullest in a reasonable price apartment.

the beauport tower was designed in a high-rise building with a floor to ceiling window. i love when i look out at the beautiful view of dubai marina. it has marina promenade, which is like a walking trail, where i can take a walk to get some fresh air sometimes. i just found out that it has marina promenade waterbus station close to the apartment. it would be convenient to downtown dubai and other places.

i feel relaxed when i stayed at al sahab 2. the apartment is close to dubai marina that i can feel the wind breeze from there. also, the apartment is near with jbr beach, the most beautiful in dubai. the apartment is full of facilities to comfort all the thing that i need. it has a beautiful rooftop that give me a bird eye view of the city. the interior design is a modern style with white and grey tone.

al majara 1 is the one of the apartments that near with dubai marina. the building has a boat rental service, my yacht dubai, and many yacht club near the apartment. the room is spacious and clean with a big balcony of the room that i can take a view of dubai marina and a wind breeze. the apartment has a spacious swimming pool with a unique style and the fully equipped gym in the apartment.
