i live in dubai for a few years now and also prefer to live in a tranquil amabiace for dubai. at central park at city walk apartment dubai i found the perfect place. the apartment concept is to live a healthy lifestyle, along with have various parks to go for a run with my four-legged friend. the 2-bedroom apartment for sale is really good to live as a couple and to start a family. the apartment rooms are spacious, but created as a zone made with nice living corner, a nice kitchen corner, and a study/play room for us to enjoy the weekend. lots of good amenities with jogging path, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. amazing apartment to live in dubai for an active lifestyle during long hours at work.

1 jbr apartment in dubai is stunning and beautiful. jumeirah beach residence is a perfect blend of calm and city lifestyle. between dubai marina, palm jumeirah, and emirates hill community. i can go for luxury leisure attraction such as skydive in dubai, twice a year. then go eat out in the amazing dubai marina with friends after work for a good night out. a golfing at emirates hills golf course during the weekend. a 2-bedroom apartment is perfect as the area is quiet and calming then dubai marina once you need a rest from the city. the rooms are spacious, luxurious and a big master bedroom with a separate work table as well.

first impression about the project is unique clean visual beachfront residential. i usually research and survey this project that will launch in next year, the project design is stylish with clean and light color tone and elegant design. i think this could get along well with marina beach atmosphere. in addition of project’s aesthetic, the project still provide resident a qualified facility. these could make sure that resident will have a convenient living and chilling life.

once time, i visited my friend at 1 jbr apartments. first, i am impressed with security, which if you don’t have a keycard, you will not be able to go upstairs. second, the luxury decoration from the lobby to the building emphasizes the use of glass facades, providing a wide view of the sea. room sizes are average but the good services with kind and helpful staff. perfect location for leisure time and vacation which i can relax with the wonderful landscape and sea view. the place surrounded by restaurants, spa, shopping mall, and business avenue.

at the beginning, the central park apartment tends to be similar to many apartments in the city. anyhow, after seeing the green space of the city walk, i completely changed my mind. the thing is that we cannot easily find the residence that care about the environtment. this one is more that caring, yet they put forth the effort to the natural decoration. as this is a work-from-home era, it is so nice to work in the green spaces. it is more productive working in the peaceful environment.

the murjan 4 was located in a prime location, which is nearby the landmark near that apartment. tram and metro station are also nearby as well. the building is modern from the outside and beautiful interior. it has supermarkets at the floor ground that is so convenient for me during my business trip with a short time. all amenities is new and clean and also, fully equipped.

for a beachfront living. la vie tower would be perfect (once it’s completed). very few apartment buildings come with both a very private beach and full amenities as well as gym and pool. if you want privacy, you’ve got it. if you want to walk around a lively area, the dubai marina is both a walk and a short drive away. if you want shopping, cafes and fine-dining, dubai marina mall is also a short drive away. although the units available are on the high-end, living here would provide very easy access to either the beach or the city.

the attessa marina promenade is adjacent to numerous shopping and leisure options. the 1-bedroom unit provides everything i need, including a balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a built-in wardrobe. my beautiful flat has a view of the dubai marina.

the balconies have glass railings and the kitchens are semi-open. a glass door leads to the balcony from the spacious living room and dining area. kitchens have appliances, natural stone surfaces, wood cabinets, and a sink. shemara tower is in a fantastic position, close to many attractions and public transit. the apartment complex is ideal for anyone who enjoys city living.

al fattan marine tower is a very beautiful place in dubai marina. there is good service from staff and great management in terms of security and maintenance. moreover, there are many facilities inside which are perfect to stay in for a long time and short time. the room has a wide and modern interior with the beautiful views of the sea. very convenient one because there are many supermarkets, retails, and shopping malls nearby as well as it is easy to travel to other places by metro. thanks for providing me with a good experience for leaving here.
