fazwaz website was very easy to navigate and use while researching and purchasing the apartment units. i stay in a 1 bedroom apartment in tower 108 and it is amazing. the bedroom is spacious, beautiful made with really good furnishing. the apartment was fully furnished with white and brown color tones. the amenities are great as i can work at the meeting rooms. the location is very good too, but they have less public transport, so its best to have my own car. other then that i am very pleased and happy with my home in dubai.

for the first impression of loci residences, the project’s impressed me by their minimalist design that’s so trendy right now and unique from others projects nearby. then, when i research about the project facility both inside and surrounding area, i think the project is really convenient to live my professional life by facility such as many leisure which encourage me working productively. moreover, the project also has a space for do an activity. so, that’s why i think the project is full of energetic environment.

loci residences is stylish and livable apartment. as i research and inform, i’m pretty sure that the project will be interesting project in this area because their design which is modern and nice conception. in addition of aesthetic term, i think their functional is so nice by their location and facility, there is located closely to facility in surrounding area and i prefer their amenities that will become when it launched.

i am always loving the vibrant atmosphere of dubai. one of those nice locations is my apartment which is the tower 108. this residence of mine offer a short-distance away from many important locations in the city such as downtown dubai, the burj khalifa, and even the al maktoum international airport. my favorite service in this tower is the valet parking. it has 24-hour service of valet parking which is very convenient especially in the rush hours.

in my honest opinion, ghalia tower seems to be the most well-managed residence. it is because it has the certificate from sharia. this place has the seperate area for men and women. there are some floors that dedicated to women which is actually safe and secured. the room is fully-furnished with built-in kitchen for some family cookings and so on. as it is the apartments, we cannot cook that much, but for the little meal like sandwiches or mild curries, it is totally fine.

gahalia apartment project is special by serving the core of needs. firstly, the project has a really nice management system and service, there’s high-quality facilities and smart gadgets. then i think the project’s speciality with pets allowed, this point could complete the homie atmosphere inside too. especially, there’s convenient public transportation by a few minutes driving to al furjan metro station 2. moreover, the project’s close to special place in dubai such as montgomerie golf club dubai.
