the area is just peaceful. being away from the city and seeing the nature around jumeirah village brings in the calm from the rush and loud noise of the town. it is an excellent place for a healthy lifestyle. i can go for a run and walk for the facilities for the residents. residents here are health caution and prefer a healthy lifestyle. so you join up to go for a jogging session, some tennis, and even golf too. an excellent dubai auto drone is just 10 minutes away, and when the f1 is here, you can hear the rumble of its engine. a prominent advocate of a healthy lifestyle and peaceful surroundings.

the laya residences have many useful things to offer me as a resident. i think that its modern design makes the building looks more elegant especially in the nighttime. the location is really close to the popular areas like downtown dubai and palm jumeirah. it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to go to the beach which is very nice for family moments. my favorite in this building is the rooftop area which provides many interesting sport facilities such as basketball field and swimming pool. the basketball court is very secured by having the fencing and rubber floor. i world recommend this place for a small family.

personally, i love the european culture which i got from reading many books and fictions. luckily, i found the aces chateau in dubai which looks pretty close to the buildings in europe. the apartments around this area looks quite similar in style, yet the aces chateau offers the most reasonable starting price. as i am a driver, this place is perfect for traveling to the downtown area. sometimes, the traffic is kind of heavy, but it will be fine, if just using the highways or main roads. i would give this place five stars for the design. thanks a lot.
