legacy nova villas are culture, and inspired by arabic design and interior. the villas are very airy, inviting and comes with a private garden, that our whole family can go for bbqs and enjoy a wonderful time. the area is nearby kite beach, which our family enjoy to visit on saturday for kite surfing and also to have a good time with our kids. schools are nearby, and the best part for me is that to go to work is as smooth as silk. an amazing villas to raise my families and make it a home.

we had a great time experience when stayed here. people are so nice with us and very helpful. the villa has an arab architectural style of the building that makes the villa so unique. the facilities inside the house are luxury, fully equipped and new if it passed for 4 years. this place is such a wonderful place and convenient to commute.

you can get a private swimming pool in your house. i got the big one with a unique design and serene atmosphere. the house was designed in a white tone which is clean for my eyes and it has spacious space in each room. it has a pool table inside the house that i always play with my family and my friends while they come to meet up at uae.

the legacy nova has provided me with the most secure environment thus far. my four-bedroom villa is elegant and classic. it arrived unfurnished at first. that is why i must devote time and effort to decorating and personalizing the living area. it's now as warm and inviting as a family home should be. my daughter is quite enthusiastic about her new room. i enjoy jogging around the construction site. the sun in dubai is particularly pleasant from late afternoon to early evening.

the legacy is the best project i ever seen. the villa is close to the river that bring a wind breeze to the room and it makes me feel fresh and calm. they provide a swimming pool in the house that makes me feel privacy and secure. moreover, the staffs are so good with a professional performance. the location is in the city, so it is easy commute to the other location.

legacy nova villas could be definite as a livable villa, i think the project has great classy design and verdant environment for the first facility. the project is provided us a nice environment for family and children for growing up, there’s also have much amenities inside for all round such as wonderful leisure, conveniences and qualified security both guard and system. investing in this project is really worth.

the jumeirah park is one of my favorite locations in the city of dubai. it is peaceful and quiet. however, it is still located near main road networks, allowing me to travel the entire city with convenience. the legacy villa is one of the three subcommunities in jumeirah park. in terms of space, the three-bedroom villa is surprisingly spacious. with the quiet atmosphere, i really enjoy reading my books or getting my works done. this is a great place for families so far. i would give it 4.5 out of 5. thanks!

this is my first villa review in dubai. the regional villa at jumeirah village circle seems to have many things in my checklist. the first important thing to mention is the overall ambience of this community. the common area is incredibly peaceful. i really enjoy strolling around the common spaces. the next improtant aspect is the location. around the jumeirah park, there are many shopping malls and commercial destinations. i can access the main highways within a few minutes. perfect location!

to start, the legacy nova offer me the secure environment so far. my 4-bedroom villa is classic and beautiful. at first, it came unfurnished. that's why i have to put forth the effort on decorating and customizing the living space. now, it is as cozy as it ought to be for a family home. my daughter is really excited about her new bedroom. i like to jog around the develpment area. dubai's sun is literally nice at the late aftenoon unitl the early evening. loved this place so much!

for me only, the villas at heritage give me a larger floor plan, compared to other projects in the similar price range. the design is a little bit traditional, yet the function and neighborhood are somehow remarkable. one of the most important things to mention is that this neighborhood is pet-allowed. additionally, there is also a dog park which allows me to take a stroll with my dog. the life here is pretty much enjoyble, becuase this place is interestingly far away from the noise pollution. on day time, this place is quiet and it even gets more peaceful during the night time. 4 out of 5 for the heritage villa!
