mag eye apartments is really unique. the community is very secure with 24-hour security. there are the walkways which are very nice for the walking community. the room space is also spacious, which 1-bedroom unit is not too small to stay as a couple. the views of dubai skyline at night are so amazing. this place is modern with great facilities, it is for those who need to experience the urban living lifestyle. thanks

i wanted a prime location that’s close to the city and complete facilities for vacation. this place looks like a very good place to stay in. there are many facilities and amenities that cover every need.the residence is in an attractive location with stunning views from the windows. the surrounding area looks comfortable with green open space. the room style is an outstanding design concept integrated with modern and classic. and it's easy to go outside because it is not far from the main road. i think this place can fulfill achievement in life.

personally, the best home for me must be near the natural stuff. i like to live with the blue views of water. the seagull point is one of the district one residences. this community is built along the crystal lagoon. it is so nice to wander around with friends in the park or even having a picnic. i like that this place has the pleasing views of nature especially the lagoon. sitting and enjoying landscape can relief my stressful body. i would recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay at near nature while also has an easy travel to the city areas.

this is my first apartment review. i am going to talk about the high standard of the district one residences. last wednesday, i went for a project tour and the sale person was very polite. she recommended me the one-bedroom apartment. i liked the pool and the view from the room. the g8 building has an access to the shore and it is so beautiful. my thought on this place is good. maybe i would consider to look at the payment plan at the end of the month.this area is very luxurious and the people are so peaceful. i enjoyed roaming the common space just for a relaxation.

i have been looking for a residence that is close to the center of dubai. i just went to see this project. i am very happy with the location and the full amenities of the residence such as the lush space and the lagoon which i can see the amazing view from my room. if you are a person who likes activities such as exercise like me, i think this place is probably one of your choices because there are many types of sports facilities to choose from.there are good security with fine staff at the robby. the facilities of amenities here are not private, so those who like privacy may not like it.

hola everyone, i just visited the district one’s sale office and they mentioned about the new residential apartments called seagull point. i wanted to find a property in dubai for the long-term investment. i contacted many agents and finally decided to go with district one. the overall community is very nice and the location is perfect for me as a business person. they said that the seagull point will be finished at the last quarter of 2021. i saw the community and it had a potential to grow in the future. definitely must check out the project.
