The advantage of La Rosa Phase 2 is the location. This place provides the convenient connection to main roads like the Sheikh Zayed road which links to famous locations and takes just a few minutes driving to Downtown. There are also shopping malls, modern amenities, and neighbourhood facilities like schools, day care centres near the community, so it is very easy for me to shop and relax. The villas are designed with beautiful modern architecture with good quality furnishers and surrounded by lush green space. There are a variety of sizes and arrangements to choose from. So, Beverly Hills Boutique Villas is an interesting project for family living.
