Dubai Hills is great palce to live in. It is located close to various main roads which have easy access to the main location in Dubai such as Downtown Dubai. Mulberry I is a quiet new community with an overlooked green park which provides a feeling of unwind and comfort. There are perfect lifestyle facilities that serve for all groups. Great room design and layout which is suitable for families lifestyle. But it’s limited parking area and no public transportation within the community, inconvenient for people who don't have their own car. As other facilities such as shopping malls and restaurants are quite far away but for people with their own car, there is no problem. Overall, apartment quality is really good and still an excellent place to live.
