About Regional

Regional is the residential villa community at one of the largest residential areas in the Emirates. Nestled in Jumeirah Park, Regional is one of four sub-communities that make up the master community of Jumeirah Park. The complex, which was developed by Nakheel, has magnificent homes tucked amidst beautiful natural landscapes. Each sub-community has its own architectural style, with regional styles evoking the rich Arab culture and tradition. Nakheel stated in January 2017 that it will build a number of new, interconnected cycling paths around its Dubai developments, including a 20-kilometer loop around Jumeirah Park. A new "super loop" speed track for expert cyclists is also being created on an area of land between Jumeirah Park and Discovery Gardens, with a smaller 5km loop within.

The villas in Jumeirah Park, one of Dubai's most well-known residential and retail locations, come in three architectural styles: Legacy, Regional, and Heritage. It was built by a prominent developer who contributed to the company's objective of providing world-class tourism experiences in Dubai.

A wonderful villa

We had a great time experience when stayed here. People are so nice with us and very helpful. The villa has an Arab architectural style of the building that makes the villa so unique. The facilities inside the house are luxury, fully equipped and new if it passed for 4 years. This place is such a wonderful place and convenient to commute.

This is my first villa review in Dubai. The Regional villa at Jumeirah Village Circle seems to have many things in my checklist. The first important thing to mention is the overall ambience of this community. The common area is incredibly peaceful. I really enjoy strolling around the common spaces. The next improtant aspect is the location. Around the Jumeirah Park, there are many shopping malls and commercial destinations. I can access the main highways within a few minutes. Perfect location!

This wonderful project located in Central Dubai. The golden location and famous project’s developer have to be my first impression. Then when I surveyed inside the project’s villa, I think the fantastic design is a special point that fascinated easily. Especially, there’s full of convenient living, fitness facility is so nice and there’s friendly community space, this facility affects us to have a good relationship with others residents.
