Affordable, nice design, for a good first home

For my first home in Dubai and ever, it is an amazing place to start. The apartment is nice, very spacious for its size, and affordable. The apartment is great for my age, someone single. A big bedroom area for 1-bedroom. Many small zones to create a work station, a play-station area, and movie area. Traveling can be a bit annoying sometimes. As public transports is quite far away so I need to walk towards Al Barsha. But overall very happy with the purchase and cant wait till 2025.
