Golf View Residence

Golf View Residence is a mid-rise residential tower in Dubai Sports City. The majority of the apartments, as the name suggests, have views of the golf course. The First Abu Dhabi Bank Metro Station is the closest metro station, which is around an 11-minute drive away. It is also possible to go around the city by hailing a taxi. These are only three minutes away from the structure. Carrefour City and Al Maya Supermarket are both 6 minutes distant, while Spinneys is two minutes away. The Els Club is about an 8-minute drive from the hotel. Ernie Els, the former US Open and Open Championship winner, created the club. A US magazine has chosen the club as the greatest new international course. The Dubai International Stadium is a multi-purpose venue that primarily hosts cricket matches. Project Information
Jamal Al Hassan and Bachar Almradi launched the project in 2007, and apartment finished in 2010. Residents can take advantage of facilities such as high-speed internet, cable/satellite TV, and an intercom. For those who enjoy sports, the tower features an appealing children's play area as well as a tennis court. Residents can also enjoy the BBQ area.
