Serene and Greenery Villa

Forat is a comfortable villa which is affordable to own. The reason why I settled down with this project is the serene environment and comfortable living by their convenience and facility. Living in Farat villa is convenient both for the working and living part, there is a facility inside and outside with smooth transportation. But my most favorite thing about the project is the greenery which makes the project atmosphere more comfortable and livable inside.

The Lakes homes have a spectacular lake view. Around the perimeter of the lakes are walkways that provide a perfect area to run with a view, stroll with the dog, or simply clear your mind after a long day at work. It’s also located in a good location in Dubai. Making it an ideal place for families who want to live in a peaceful community while living in the city center. The house is modern, clean, spacious, and very cozy. It felt like home since our first day moving here.

The project aesthetic location is one of my reasons to settle down with this villa. Forat project is located in The Lake area and the area is full of greenery by Emirates Hills 2 and Jebel Ali Racecourse. I think this’s naturally beautiful by their land scape. The project is provided me a convenient living because there is really close to The Lake Club shopping mall. So, the accessibility is proper. Inside the project, one of project’s special point for me is specious hose where is perfect for living with family but for single and couple I think this not too spacious.
