A Beautiful Place To Live

It has a unique ground floor, I think it is a compass. It has a spacious swimming pool with an open area. I feel comfortable with the beautiful Dubai Marina and it's easy to get to the hospital, which is good when something happens. Moreover, it has a metro station nearby the apartment in walking distance.

My first impression about Merano Tower is that it's like a hub of transportation and business. The project is located near many metro stations and bus stops which is convenient for public transportation but comfortable for driving as well because the project’s just 4 minutes driving to the main road. Additionally, we have plenty of office buildings which are the offices of the big business chains. So, opportunity in the professional part is no worry. Moreover, the project’s a livable environment and nice design.

Merano Tower is new. The facilities are also nice. It's located in Business Bay, a good part of the city where it is surrounded with business towers, luxurious facilities, and public areas. Besides, it provides direct access to Dubai’s business district, with close proximity to the Burj area. You can easily stay connected to the city and its attractions, with two metro stations and two major highways right at your doorstep. They are uniquely designed with spectacular views of the surrounding neighbourhood from every apartment. If you are looking for a modern lifestyle in the vibrant community, I think Merano Tower is one of the interesting choices.
