Manchester Tower  is a residential building in Dubai Marina. The residential skyscraper is located near Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City in a strategic location. The Manchester Tower is located on Al Seba Street, which runs parallel to King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street. Dubai Marina is a high-end waterfront neighborhood with luxury residences and some of the best living conditions in the UAE. Residents will have easy access to some of the area's finest pubs and clubs. Near the Manchester Tower, there are numerous fine-dining restaurants. The closest is a 6 minute walk to Le Pirate, one of the area's most well-known restaurants. The other is a brief car ride to AI Maeda, located in the Hilton Hotel. It’s a fancy restaurant that specializes in Arabic cuisine. There is an outdoor seating area with a wonderful view of the ocean. Zen Restaurant, is another option. They serves Chinese and Thai cuisine, and it’s located 8 minutes away from Manchester Tower. Choithrams Marina is the nearest supermarket to Manchester Tower, and it is about a minutes of walking. Choithrams has its own bakery where fresh baked goods can be purchased. It also contains a 'Foods of the World' section with snacks from Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines, among other countries.


Project Information
National Engineering Bureau served as the architectural consultant for Manchester Real Estate Group's project. The construction of the building began in 2004 and was finished in April 2007. It has a total of 30 floors and 336 rooms.
