The Floating Seahorse is the underwater residential project by The Heart of Europe with only 42 units in total. The Floating Seahorse’s Signature Edition and Tzar Edition can be entirely customized to suit personal style and preferences. Each unit will be exclusive and bespoke, inspired by the true sense of a signature. Occupants can choose from a wide range of high quality finishes, floorings, kitchens, and bathrooms. Traveling to The World Islands can be made through numerous travel agencies in Dubai. Some tour packages include the visiting of the Lebanon Island, one of the only commercial island in the archipelago. Visitors and guests can select the preferred types of transportation, including helicopter, seaplane, or a boat ride.
