Starting from the Sheikh Zayed Road, head southwest and follow the route E11. Take the exit 34 for Hessa Street, keep left at the fork and follow signs for Palm Jumeirah. Keep right and take the ramp on the left to stay on Crescent West. Merge onto Crescent Road and take the second exit at the roundabout. Turn right and make a U-turn while staying on the same road. The destination will be on the right.

The old but extraordinary buildings

I have to admit that the Balqis Residences is one of its kinds, in terms of the beauty and elegance. This place is grand and attracting for the very first moment seeing it. This building is build on the 90s era which I was surprised by the age of this building. The design make me think about some old films from the arabian world. The facilities here is functional as well as private. Eventhough this place is long-aged, I still think this place is one of the unique place in the city of Dubai. This one is also set at the Palm Jumeirah. I would rate this building 5 out of 5 for sure.
