As I have the job opportunity in Dubai and live here for some times, I think that the property market in here is more reasonable than where I came from. The UNA apartments have the very reasonable price, whereas it is located in the great location. From this location, I can go to work by using both car and public transportation. There are a chic common spaces for me to read my books and finish my works. I would like to recommend this place for singles, since the room is compact. Thanks.

The excellent location, near the important roads like Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road. I can easily get around Dubai. As I was finding the affordable apartments in the city, Hayat Boulevard seems to provide what I needed. It is located in the very active community in Dubai. I like the Town Square Park and it is a good place for having picnics with family. There are having quite a wide range of rooms for you to choose from. Me and my family have the 2-bedroom apartment which is big enough for all three of us. Sometimes, the friends came by and there still have a space for sleepover. All in all, my advice is that this is the place for small families or couples to stay comfortably.

The Warda Residence has the benefit of locating at the well-connected neighborhood. I personally like the common area where I can have fun with its swimming pool and beautiful park. The jogging trails are perfect to run around. Me and my close friends love to sit and chat at the nearby cafes. The room is quite large and has the additional spaces. The views from the balcony are the community views. My favorite thing about this residence is that it is near the Dubai Mall with only 15 – 20 minutes away.
