International City is a mixed-use residential, commercial, retail, and tourism development in Dubai. Spanning over an area of 8 million square meters, it features clusters with exceptional architectural designs from different cultural styles from countries around the world. Each cluster in the area is named after the countries it was inspired from, namely Emirates, England, Italy, Russia, Spain, Persia, France, Morocco, Greece, and China. The moniker of 'International' city was made after these cluster names. In the center of International City, surrounded by the clusters, lays the Central Business District (CBD) and an area that was destined to become a 'replica' of the Forbidden City in Beijing.

It has matured now with an expanding range of restaurants and shops. It is particularly well-known for its low-rise buildings with unique architecture. One of the biggest advantages of living in this area is that it provides a multicultural community lifestyle while the price stays affordable for Dubai standards. Residents can enjoy a cosmopolitan lifestyle with lush greenery, lakes, and an overall serene ambiance.
