Arabian Ranches, more commonly known as 'the Ranches,' is a premium gated villa community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is one of Dubai's biggest and most established gated communities. Launched in 2014, it is one of the first suburban freehold neighborhoods in Dubai, allowing expats to fulfill their dreams of owning a villa in the city. It is part of the Dubailand district, which stretches across the center of the city. This means that it enjoys the double benefits of being easily accessible to Dubai's main urban areas via two major highways (Emirates Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road) while being secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. It covers more than 1,650 acres and attracts professional couples and families from all around the globe who seek an exceptional, peaceful lifestyle.
Arabian Ranches feels a world away from the rest of Dubai. It boasts a stunning contrast to the city's towering skyscrapers and beachfront penthouses, offering its residents a tranquil life away from Dubai's busy and fast-paced life. This does not mean, however, that life in Arabian Ranches is dull. The area is brimming with exciting activities. Each neighborhood is filled with lush greenery and tree-lined avenues. The area has two pristine lakes that give some of the properties a stunning waterfront setting as well. It is also home to Arabian Ranches Golf Club and Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, making it the perfect place to live for those who love golf and polo.
Arabian Ranches are divided into three phases, each with different architectural styles that draw inspiration from traditional Arab design and Spanish coastal homes. The first one is Arabian Ranches I, which is broken up into 23 neighborhoods spread out around the Arabian Ranches Lake and golf course. The second phase of Arabian Ranches (Arabian Ranches II) has luxury townhouses and focuses on outdoor leisure. Arabian Ranches III is currently under construction.
