الفيلا واسعة مع العديد من غرف النوم ومصممة باللون الأبيض. توجد نافذة ممتدة من الأرض حتى السقف في الطابق الأول والطابق الثاني تساعد أيضًا في جعل المنزل يبدو أكثر اتساعًا مع إطلالة على الحديقة. كما توفر الفيلا أجواء هادئة مع مساحات خضراء حول الفيلا للبيع في الشارقة. يسهل الوصول إليه من خلال طريق رئيسي كبير قريب من مشروع الفيلا.

سيوفر المشروع المساحة الخاصة والتصميم الحديث للمنزل. لديها جراج أمام المنزل جيد جدا ومريح. هناك العديد من المرافق وقرب العديد من الأماكن في الشارقة لتوفر لي أشياء أكثر راحة. أنا أحب التصميم كثيرا. سيكتمل المشروع في الربع الثاني من عام 2022 ، ولا أطيق الانتظار حتى أمتلك مشروع الفيلا هذا.

يوفر مشروع الفيلا مجتمعًا واسعًا وغرفة في كل منزل. حصلت على مساحة خضراء مورقة بهواء نقي يساعد في تخفيف يوم طويل مرهق. يعرض تصميم المنزل ثقافتهم الخاصة بأسلوب عربي. يمكنني أن آخذ إطلالة جميلة على الحديقة من منزلي وشرفة. يسهل التنقل في المجتمع نظرًا لكونه بجوار الطريق الكبير.

this is probably our first home the uae. me and my family have moved to this country for some times ago. we rented the apartments before. however, we tried to find some place with larger spaces. bareem townhouses are suitable for us, since it is located in the suburban area. i like to live in the suburb more than in the busy district. this place has the fast route to dubai via emirates road. the design is very modern. the living area is very big and it is so good for the children too.

the house was designed in a modern style and so spacious with a floor to ceiling window, which gives a beautiful garden view. there are many facilities due to it being located in nasma residence, a big basketball court. sometimes i can take a time with my kid at my private garden or family time at the terrace. around the property in sharjah is so calm and has a serene vibe away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

i would like to say that bareem villas provide anything that i needed. it is the convenient place to stay, to be honest. the location is quite far from my office in dubai. nonetheless, the peaceful environment is actually worth it, especially when living with the family. the facilities in the community are somehow promoting the outdoor activities by having a running lane. i always tell my kids to exercise with me every morning. also, it has playgrounds for kids to play in a free time. for muslim residents, various beautiful mosques are located around the area. i might give the place four out of five stars.
