burj daman is super luxurious. it has to be one of the best apartments in the city. it’s also very modern. i made the right decision to call this place home. as expensive as it is, it’s well worth it. the metro is just around the corner when i’m short on time. burj khalifa and dubai mall aren’t far away. i find myself visiting the mall more often than i should. the beach isn’t far as well. my kids love it there. we have to go there once a month. this is a perfect place to stay for anyone.

يمثل العيش في برج إندكس فرصة عظيمة بالنسبة لي، حيث يوفر لنا إمكانية الوصول إلى المركز التجاري داخل البرج والمناطق المحيطة به. بالنسبة لنقطة خاصة، أعتقد أنه من السهل الوصول إلى المركز المالي العالمي مثل مركز دبي المالي العالمي عن طريق وسائل النقل الأكثر ملاءمة والتي يمكن المشي فيها في كل من محطة المترو والحافلات. لذا، فهذه الأشياء تستحق الاستثمار في هذا السكن.

i have an apartment here and i think it is one of the best buildings in difc. central park tower is set in the middle of difc where i can simply walk to gate avenue mall, and short walking to dubai mall and emirates towers. at the downstairs of the building there are many restaurants and coffee shops, salons, pharmacies and many convenient shops are available. the building facilities are great too, including an infinity pool, gym, and garden with a beautiful view to burj khalifa. the project consists of 2 buildings, which one you can live in and another one you can work as it is an office building. also, it is a very good quality building and amazing responsive management and security.

هيكل مذهل وتصميم جيد وممتلكات جميلة ونظيفة. يوجد الكثير من متاجر الصالون بالداخل والتي تناسب زوجتي كثيرًا البرج فريد للغاية مع تصميم معماري ممتاز. حسن الجوار والموقع المثالي في وسط مجتمع نابض بالحياة. التصميم مثير للاهتمام ويحتوي على شرفة كبيرة مع إطلالة جميلة على المدينة ومساحة واسعة للغرفة ، غرف النوم كبيرة بما يكفي لي ولزوجتي التكلفة أقل من مباني مركز دبي المالي العالمي الأخرى. يوجد العديد من المرافق مثل حمامات السباحة ومناطق الشواء. علاوة على ذلك ، يسهل الوصول إلى الطريق الرئيسي مثل شارع الخيل وعلى مسافة قريبة من دبي مول ووسط مدينة دبي. موصى به!
