Old Town

the apartment is in old town dubai location with a historical building and arabian design. you can see a folk wisdom in the building design and daily life in the uae. the building will feel cold even if i'm not turn on the air conditioning because of the structure of the building. the room is spacious and clean and the swimming pool has a cool design.

apartments are beautifully crafted with vintage mediterranean style design and buildings look more like houses so living in this place feels like you belong to a safe and secure community. the three bedroom was perfect for me, my wife and our two children who enjoyed their one room. the security is always there and very helpful to the residents, even teaching a few words to our kids, so very kind friendly staff and facilities. there are many families living in this area so it is easy to meet and talk to people when on walks. plenty of fitness options which are great for a big community which shares amenities.

miska 1 is the place that i would like to recommend for everyone to stay here. if you love the classical architectural, near with the museum, and has a beautiful view of burj khalifa, a beautiful landmark of dubai. i feel safe with a mid-rise of this apartment which is not too high and the service of the staffs. it was like i stay at home with comfortable facilities.

i stayed at yansoon apartment during my trip for 2 nights. i chose this place because the apartment is near with the burj khalifa and dubai mall. i went to wings of mexico statue due to it is a museum that nearby the apartment. the location is great, which is near with the 2 boulevard lines that is easy for transportation. the bus and metro stations are also near with the apartment. the building is unique with an arabic style and full of facilities that i need. u have a great experience here.

حتى الشقة في المدينة القديمة في دبي ولكن المرافق مجهزة بالكامل وجديدة ونظيفة. أحب الأسلوب الفريد لحمام السباحة ، حيث يمكنني رؤية إطلالة برج خليفة ونافورة دبي بالقرب من الشقة. يوجد محل بقالة في منطقة هذا المشروع ، اشتريت شيئًا هنا عندما أشعر بالجوع ، على مسافة قريبة. هذا مريح للغاية ، موصى به للغاية لكل من يبحث عن مكان للإقامة في دبي.

reehan 4 provides me and other resident a peaceful life, there is not too famous area but full of spectacular. the project is like classic architecture where’s arabian architecture modernize to be stylish and convenient apartment, for the project’s facility is proper, inside the project is cleanness and have many leisure. additionally, the project’s serene area is relaxing us and the project’s convenient living is my impression as well.
