it is a brand new building and this is one of the best building in abu dhabi with a modern style. a wonderful swimming pool, sauna, and a precious view at the balcony. i have a wonderful time even i travelled alone for this trip. everything is so nice and easy to access at the city. it has a playground area for children it also suitable with family life.

al durrah tower is a very nice and classic building, but still modern. with various facilities that meet the needs of residents whether living alone as a couple or as a family. there are many types of rooms to choose from. the view from the room is also beautiful, with extensive views of the arabian gulf and the surrounding city. facilities are also available for adults and children to enjoy important moments or leisure time. overall, i love this place and i am not disappointed that i decided to live here. the price is reasonable, good neighbor, privacy, very recommended.

rak tower provides its residents with a luxurious lifestyle, making it one of the most demanded residential areas on al reem island. this is a good apartment building for anyone who likes a regular life without a lot of distractions. there are shopping malls that offers everything that i need, and i’m sure you will like it too. the unit is spacious, and it lets in a good amount of natural light. it’s modern as well with fantastic views. the downside it that you need your own transportation is important because you cannot rely on public transportation for regular commuting due to its unreliability.

on first day, i just stay at the apartment and looking at the city on the balconies and i thought what a wonderful view of this country. i feel like i have a right decision to stay here for a while. i stayed in 1 bedroom with a luxurious living and dining area, so i can cook some meal that i bought from the market near by the apartment. this apartment has a bbq area too. i just saw some people have a bbq party and it feel likes interesting but i just travel alone. then, i decide to swimming at the pool, it’s a large one and it has a separate pool for the kids and also a play area for kids. i should bring my friend to appreciate this place together.

i have been staying in ocean terrace at the marina square with a nice well maintenance and it is close to access to abu dhabi mainland. i love the location with a spacious view. it is a good layout and lots of amenities. also, it has big swimming pools and barbecue areas. this apartment is very convenient with a walking distance and easy to access to the supermarket and the behind of the building it connect with a paragon mall.

for the first time i researched and look up, this marina bay is occupancy and have a spacious room. i think many people could be noticed this project by their uniqueness design and beautiful landscape. in addition of aesthetically, the project is full of facility both inside and surrounding, inside the project is convenient by their leisure and sport community. especially, there’s surrounding by commercial center. so, marina bay by damac provide us a convenient living.
