the residences 3 apartment is located in the most central location possible in dubai. the convenience of being close by to my work place at business bay is only 10 minutes away. shopping centers and restaurants are close by to the apartment. a 2-bedroom apartment at the residences 3 is lovely, spacious, and luxurious. the balcony is what sold me with the stunning view of burj khalifa. being in the city, the area is always happening with festivals, carnivals, and shows. never a dull moment at all around downtown dubai.

the residences 7 apartment is just stunning and luxury. located in downtown dubai, everything is so close. dubai financial center is just 5 minutes away like wise with business bay. dubai mall is so close by, with so many restaurants and café i am trying different cuisine every day. the apartment is spacious and provides me with one stunning master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a stunning view of dubai fountain. i have a small study room and other small guest room where i can watch movies. a spacious balcony that from one side i can see burj khalifa and the other side a view of palm jumeirah from afar. such a beautiful city lifestyle in dubai.

i love the city lifestyle and just being around the city with buildings, different restaurants, and shopping centers. the residences 4 apartment is perfect of urbanites like me who can’t live without the flashy city lights. a one-bedroom apartment at the residences 4 is spacious, big, and with a stunning view of dubai fountain and burj khalifa. the bedroom consist of open style american kitchen with is brown color tone with bar tables and stool. i mean i can cook australia pie all the time. the master bed is perfect with an amazing view of dubai mall at night. everything is so close by as well. just a perfect location to live in dubai for many years.

29 burj boulevard tower stands tall in the vibrant community downtown dubai. offering a refreshing life, workable and playful environment with a variety of world class facilities to suit all styles and groups of people, but pets are not allowed. for the project position, it is near iconic attractions such as burj khalifa and the dubai mall are very convenient. in the evening you can walk around the community to enjoy all active activities. if you are active and joyful people i think you will like to live in 29 burj boulevard.

sincerely, i am quite a newcomer here in dubai. however, living at the downtown neighborhood is likely giving me the convenient lifestyle. the residences 1 is so close to two of the dubai metro stations, making the sightseeing become easier than the remote area. apart from that, the facilities here are literally beneficial for those who love exercising with friends and family members. i would recommend it for people who interested in living in the city.

the residences 2 apartment is in a very good location in dubai. a 2-bedroom unit in the residences 2 is well spacious with all white tones. the residences 2 apartment are modern with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking burj khalifa and burj lakes. the surrounding area is amazing with so many restaurants to choose from, cafes, and high-end bar. at downtown dubai is basically the epitome of life.

burj khalifa is the most famous landmark in downtown dubai. there are many leisure activities and restaurants that provide for me while staying here. you will get a beautiful city life view from the tallest building in the world. the dubai fountain and dubai opera is just a walking distance. in addition, the dubai mall is just a walking distance with a number of luxury brands that provides comfort to everyone who lives near this area.

29 burj boulevard tower 2 is a lovely place to stay for a long weekend with an apartment with views of bhurj khalifa and dubai fountain. nice and serene environment. close to the dubai mall and fountain. there are many restaurants around. there is a great swimming pool, and other amenities. i can take 15 minutes walking to emirates mall for the apartment is spacious, good wi-fi on the building and comfortable bed. very nice stay.

the residences 6 is apartment of sale in downtown dubai. i purchase a 2-bedroom apartment in downtown dubai and it was fantastic. very close by to business bay and dubai international financial center. around downtown dubai is the epitome of city lifestyle. lots of fine-dining option near burj lake. apartment in downtown dubai have an amazing view of burj khalifa from my bedroom. a very spacious balcony with marble white floors. furnitures are very modern as well, and a big work zone as well. a stunning and luxurious apartment of sale in downtown dubai at the residences 6. worth the money.

visited my family friends here. beautiful burj khalifa residence. there is great security and staff are very helpful. providing gorgeous surroundings and stunning views which you can see as far as the marina, world islands and burj al arab. i am very impressed with the lounge on the 123rd floor because it lets me take in the sights of dubai like no other place and offers a quiet and comfortable space for meetings and relaxation.the pool is small but is a great way to chill out.
