    There is only one supermarket in Al Mariah Community which is Safa Express supermarket with an 8-minute walking distance from the residents’ home. The other supermarkets near the Abu Dhabi villa are City Star Hypermarket, International Hypermarket, Granite supermarket, all are located at Theyab Bin Essa Street which is reachable just 9 minutes drive from the villa.

    There are many educational institutions located near the community such as Raha International School, GEMS American Academy, Al Yasmina School. They are located just 6 - 9 minutes driving and they have a different curriculum between International Baccalaureate and American curriculum.

    Starting from Abu Dhabi International Airport, drive onto Al Diyafah Street for 4.4 kilometers and turn left onto Al ‘Ishoush Street/Al Mireef Street. Go Straight for 300 meters and then turn right onto 20th Street/ Al Waseet Street. Drive along the road, the destination is on the left. It takes 10 kilometers with 15 minutes driving distance.

    A green space surrounding the house would offer a comfortable environment for myself and my family. It has a lot of space both inside and out. I value the presence of a huge swimming pool and barbecue facilities. I've met a lot of people in the same neighborhood who are quite nice and giving with their advice. They suggested the nicest restaurant next to the villa, which is excellent!
