Al Sufouh

the second tallest residential building in dubai is finally set to completel. i actually brought the property few years ago but the development ran into some problem. however i believed that it would work, and dubai land department recently confirm the completion of marina 101 by the end of q3. it is a great luxurious residential unit situate in one of the most prestigous communities for dubai. secondly, the area is blooming into a very good loction as the real estate market in uae is booming back up again during times other nations are struggling with high cost and heading to reccessions. a truly long-term investment for profits and patient, but i am glad it paid off. especially for fazwaz agents who has been much more patient then i was.

as i look up about cavalli tower, the project is impressed me by their facility and luxury decorated. the project area is a vivid and beautiful location, resident could enjoy this convenient commercial center and aesthetically. there’s functional both inside where full of project’s facility and convenience outside with public transportation. so, i think this project will be out-standing real-estate when it launched.

cavalli tower differs from most, if not all apartments. its so unique and different. luxury, elegant, classy or modern doesn’t define it. it ticked all of the right boxes but the only way to experience it is to be here yourself. you’ll be in awe at what the apartment complex has to offer. there is a wide range of entertainment in the area to fulfill whatever you’re craving that day. if you have time on your hands, dubai marina mall is within a 15 minutes’ drive.

first thing, the acacia avenues is located at al sufouh which is right next to the palm jumeirah. i am so glad about the location. the next important thing is that this place is very near the sheikh zayed road. traveling to other parts in dubai is easy. i really enjoy using the main highways. this place is extraordinary in many ways. moreover, there are several parking spots for guests which is located around the community. finally, i would recommend this place for anyone who want to live right next to the iconic landmark, but want to spend a little bit less in budget.

actually, the j8 apartment is quite unique in the design. firstly, i feel like that the design looks modern and positively strange (in a good way). the location is really close to the jumeirah beach and the palm jumeirah. at the building, i can see the sea views. this neighborhood is somehow very friendly and it has many premium facilities like swimming pool and spa, i love that this place provides ample car parking spaces for visitors. my last favorite thing is that this community is pet-friendly as well.
