vida residences in emirates hills is very easy to commute to work, to commerical areas, and to go to the beach in dubai. i have from la, i love the beach. the sand at kite beach is amazing and from vida residence is a short 10 minutes metro ride. the apartment is fairly new and it is very affordable. i need something quick to buy in dubai as i came here for work. the apartment is spacious, with amazing american style kitchen with big overs and big area. i can have a mini bbq and look at burj khalifa i have never though about that. a minor thing is that, the facilities are quite basic, but i am mainly at work or outside at jumeirah lake tower or dubai marina, so it is amazing for someone who enjoys the city lifestyle.

i love golfing and can go out to golf everyday for my live. literally when i was working and living in dubai i can golf 5 days a week. i brought a 1-bedroom apartment at vida residences 4 because it was very reasonable prices, gave me a good five years to pay it. i need not to rush, and its amazing. i had a golf view from sunrise to sunset. however the community nigth life can be a minimal. however, dubai marina is just 7 minutes drive away which i can not comlain. or just 10 minutes by dubai internet city metro station. the apartment is very spaicous, beautiful, and i just love the white interior. now its very good for renting as the spacious apartment makes rental feel comfortable during the time for the pandemic, that they are not stuck in the small room. very good rental yield i am experiences as an investor now. amazing purchase!

the modern c1 condominium was located in a perfect location. the apartment is calm and quiet and near 2 golf courses that my dad goes to sometimes. with this location, the view that apartment gives to us is so stunning. i can get some fresh air from my room. the apartment is near the road and many schools and supermarkets. we buy some stuff to make the meal at the apartment.

the apartment was located near with dubai mall, many restaurants and provides us with a clear view of burj khalifa. my kid loves to see the fountain at the dubai fountain, that can make good atmosphere to the room even we just watched it from our room. the room is spacious and clean and also the swimming pool and fitness too.

living in this apartment is the best for my life. the apartment is near the golf course that will bring fresh air through the room. the room is spacious and clean even though it is just 1 bedroom for me. i stayed here and had a great experience during this business trip. i hope to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

b2 apartments are perfect for a golf enthusiastic person like me. b2 apartments is located just on the corner of emirates hill golf course. 2-bedroom corner apartments at b2 offer the best view of the golf course. b2 apartments are modern, with a color tone of cream and grey tone complementing the colors of the golf course. the bedroom apartment at b2 is equipped with long floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the bedroom and living area to have the stunning view of the golf course.

living along side the beautiful golf course is the nicest living experience. the hills apartments are the great example of attractive nature within the city’s center. i love that the location is set close to main roads and tourism spots. i could have a short-drive to the palm jumeirah in order to sightsee the beach. the room is very neatly designed. they furnished each room with light-colored decoration which shows the sense of serenity. there are many sizes of pools for different users including shallow one for the kids. another thing that i like about this place is that it is so close to the metro station. therefore, it is so convenient for me to get to inner city areas.

the apartment is very beautiful and dubai is amazing. weather is the good that i take a deep breath from the balcony. food around the apartment is amazing. people are friendly and always smiling. apartment is so spacious and clean. pretty view of burj khailifa. and shopping also good, so many international brands and luxury.

vida resident for me is the project for relaxation and have simple functional. vida residence is an emirates living communities residential development in the hills. this mid-rise complex consists of two buildings of 12 and 15 floors. and this is not too complex and crowded. so, i think this perfect match between peaceful and convenient living.

the apartment was located near the golf course which makes me feel fresh with a greenery area close to the apartment. the room is spacious and clean and the swimming pool as well. i took a break at the swimming pool area sometimes and look at the city life near the apartment. there are many schools and shopping malls near the apartment which is easily taken by metro station nearby.
