the most important thing to say about the azalea villa is that it is very private and secured community. it has very good security and thje gated entrance make me feels safe around here. the home design gives a sense of luxurious arabic villa which is very nice, since it is dubai. the gardens and other decorations are totally great. walking in the community is so enjoyable. there are also the nice restaurants near the community. i would be happy to recommend the place for middle and large size family.

my colleagues have told me about the comfortable and affordable residential community in dubai. it is the serena community in dubailand. i went there for a general information. i received the brochure of the casa viva townhouse which will be finished soon. i saw a floorplan and it was actually tempting. with this price range, i am able to get the 3-bedroom home. there would be enough space for the elders and our lovely son. i hope to see it done in no time. thanks

we looked for many townhouses in dubai and we came across the casa viva. this townhome located in one of the most secured communities i’ve ever seen. the entrance is safely gated. i am sure that my family will be totally safe here. the next important fact is that the pathways throughout the community is so peaceful and natural. there are many bushes and trees around the area which helps shading the foot path from the direct sunlight. i will rate this place from 4.5 out of 5. it has the perfect environment to raise the child, since it is a townhouse, this residence is pet-friendly as well.
