mudon is a wonderful community to live with families and enjoy the lush greenery in dubai. from the beautiful dubai miracle garden to recreational parks all along the region. sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get into the city center such as dubai marina because of the traffics. but no complains, as i wanted to live in a tranquil and chill vibes of dubai. to enjoy the beautiful greenery of dubai is a good change than seeing only high-rise buildings in dubai. a good change of scenry and feels like home too, with the nice warm weather and chill winds during the evening.

the project will be completed in 2024. the project was located in damac hills and it is next to the damac hills - charlotte golf course that will give a calm and serene environment to the villa project. the villa is full of facilities and private car parking space in each house. the project follows the trend of having skate parks that i can bring my kids to play there.

yasmin villas is a very good home in dubai. as you can let the kids go out and play, fool around, and just have one of the best times ever in dubai. school are nearby and lots of outdoor activites to do with the kids. me and my husband are very happy on our home in dubai. the agents in fazwaz were very patience with us and to pick the perfect home to live with kids is never easy. yasmin villas is very airy, inviting and inspired by arabian culture which we both love as we have a passion for arts. going into the city can be a bit difficult but at the end they are shopping malls nearby so its not much for hastle. amazing to go for golfs and sports acitivty around to as dubai sports city is just opposite for yasmin villas that we are staying and calling it home.

rosa is an ideal villa for me, the project is really worth the investment because there's a freehold location and has an affordable price to purchase. moreover, the project provides me with a comfortable environment, convenient facility and nice finishing. i live in this villa for sale conveniently and peacefully. there's my encouragement both in the living and working part by smooth connectivity which provides easy driving. that’s why i think the project is an ideal villa for me.

i have got into real estate investment just five years ago. been living in dubai half a year i got into investment of apartments and is beautiful. but with new aster project being a new suburban development near a golf course. the villas are spacious and very modern. it is a perfect holiday home where i can rent of golf enthusiast, or rent of families to come on holidays.

rosa is a great family home. its spacious for the entire family. i love the spanish design, and it feels like we’re living in europe. it’s modern and luxurious as well. i have two kids and we feel right at home here. it’s a calm and peaceful community. it does get a bit noisy on the weekends with kids playing and running around, mine included! i recommend who is looking for a place to live with their love ones. also, it’s good to have your own car here. there are good places to visit nearby if you’re into sports or love the beach.

the villa is situated in a great community, arabian ranches, the house has a private garden and front of a beautiful canal. the house was designed in a modern style with a white tone and floor to ceiling window that can help make the room so spacious. it has a private car parking in the house that is so comfortable for my family and friends.

aster is bright and modern house in reliable project’s development. there is my ideal home in dubai that’s livable but still surround ourselves by large green space but still have reasonable price, i think to live in green and luxury project in dubai is so limited but this project is really on point. so, investing in this project is worth for me. moreover, i’m sure that the project will be interesting and out-standing project when it launches.

the most important thing to say about the azalea villa is that it is very private and secured community. it has very good security and thje gated entrance make me feels safe around here. the home design gives a sense of luxurious arabic villa which is very nice, since it is dubai. the gardens and other decorations are totally great. walking in the community is so enjoyable. there are also the nice restaurants near the community. i would be happy to recommend the place for middle and large size family.

as i researched and surveyed about this project, i think aster is an all-rounder on point in their location because there's a golf club for main geolocation and located close to many tourist attractions including to others landmarks. so these are affecting the project interesting for residents and investors and i’m sure this project will become out-standing and interesting when it launched.
