The Hills

The Hills was surrounded by low-rise buildings that overlook Emirates Golf Club, which is a serene landscape, and The Meadows and The Lakes. The location of this apartment is along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) highway and right with JLT, facing Cluster X and Y. With this prime location, the apartment is easily connected to many of Dubai tourist attractions and business hotspots. Many stores are located near The Hills to make inhabitants' life easier. The majority of these are in the JLT neighborhood, with multiple Al Maya supermarkets, Carrefour Markets, and one Spinneys grocery branch in the neighboring JLT community. A Fresh Berry Store and a West Zone supermarket are both significantly further distant yet within a 10-minute drive away. There are churches, schools, clinics and hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and beaches nearby the apartment. The DAMAC Properties metro station is the nearest metro station to The Hills, which is about a 5-minute drive away. This station is on the Dubai Metro's Red Line, which runs from Rashidiya to Jebel Ali and connects several important neighborhoods of Dubai. The nearest bus stop is in JLT, which can be difficult to access, especially during Dubai's hot summer months. Taxis or premium cab applications such as Uber and Careem are the greatest options for residents.

Project information
The Hills is another project of Emaar Properties, who is also behind Burj Crown, Palace Beach Residence and Expo Golf Villas Phase Ill. The project was completed in 2013. In The Hills, there are two residential mid-rise buildings, as well as a Vida Hotel and the Vida Residence building, both of which provide serviced residential hotel apartments. The Hills A, The Hills C, and Vida Residence are the three sections of the residential complex. The apartments are available in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts. Emaar's development is actually a mixed-use community with a hotel and residential component. Residents have access to a BBQ deck, a communal park, a yoga lawn, and children's play spaces, among other facilities. The residents will be secured with 24 hours security service and keycard security access. There is also on-call maintenance personnel, high-speed elevators, internet, and satellite/cable TV services.
