hayat boulevard is a trendy, modern, yet stylish aparttment in dubai. in residential dubai is perfect to live in a calm and tranquil amabiance. traveling to business hubs such as downtown dubai is a breeze with the metro. but i prefer to have a home in a slower-pace region in dubai. the amenities are amazing with nice parks, swimming pool, and a commerical strip in town square dubai. the 2-bedroom apartment is modern, with trendy color, such as inviting yellow color, and blue. a nice living room area, with a very spaicous balcony. really like the apartment in town square dubai.

i decided to invest in zahra breeze and it’s really worth it. this town square apartment provides me a comfortable environment and special facility inside. inside the project is full of convenience and i have an impression of their fitness facility which is full of many types of sport fields. additionally, the main reason that i decide to invest here is because there’s a pet-friendly apartment and has a spacious space for my pets.

town square dubai is a very nice and comfortable area to live in dubai. staying in dubai for 3 years now and town square dubai is like staying in europe. the lifestyle is buzzing but with a sense of tranquil ambaince. the city is a short 15 minutes drive. the apartments are modern, and very spacious. big balconies, and nice garden and parks area. i go for skating boarding and tomorrow i go for some wake board. amazing!

first of all, the living experience at the jenna apartments is very unique. this place is near the emirates road which is one of the main highways in dubai. i can travel all over the city within a short moment. in the common area, it has the green spaces for me to relax after the working hours. i literally enjoy walking around the community. people here are friendly which is really nice. as far as i’m concerned, this is the perfect place to live as a family due to its friendly community.

the warda residence has the benefit of locating at the well-connected neighborhood. i personally like the common area where i can have fun with its swimming pool and beautiful park. the jogging trails are perfect to run around. me and my close friends love to sit and chat at the nearby cafes. the room is quite large and has the additional spaces. the views from the balcony are the community views. my favorite thing about this residence is that it is near the dubai mall with only 15 – 20 minutes away.

park views are very nice and new. first of all, the living experience here is very exciting and outstanding with natural environment. i can sense the refreshment and relaxed living in all areas it had offered. for common area, it has all the facilities that perfectly suit all people's lifestyles such as leisure park, health club with fully-equipped, and kids play area. i literally enjoy walking around the community. as far as i’m concerned, park views at town square dubai is one of the lively and nice communities to stay in dubai that i really recommended.

as i was finding the affordable apartments in the city, hayat boulevard seems to provide what i needed. it is located in the very active community in dubai. i like the town square park and it is a good place for having picnics with family. there are having quite a wide range of rooms for you to choose from. me and my family have the 2-bedroom apartment which is big enough for all three of us. sometimes, the friends came by and there still have a space for sleepover. all in all, my advice is that this is the place for small families or couples to stay comfortably.

as i recently moved into the city of dubai, i have seen the suitable property for me which is the zahra breeze at town square dubai. the location is pretty simple to find, after exiting the main road. this place is really close to many shopping options. finding the groceries for the weekend feast tends to be easier around here. the community is so active and it is nice to walk along the well-decorated pathways. it also has the variety of sport facilities like basketball and tennis courts. me and my wife love to play tennis for exercising. the 2-bedroom apartment is quite large, even if i live with my wife. i definitely suggest that the small families above will be happy with this community.

warda apartments 1a is convenient living by their location. the project is close to many facilities and have nice facility inside. this project is providing me a convenient transportation, their have only 10 minutes for driving to the main road. in addition, it’s really easy to reach the things you want because the facility is all around. for the project design is modern and homie and i think this so livable.
