If it is in the London, this sort of property will cost far more than this one. At Zohour 1, it comes with a reasonable starting price. For I am a foreigner, this place is somehow friendly to my budget. This apartment is located quite far from Dubai, but it has the splendid privacy. The location is faraway from the city areas. Nevertheless, there are still having the mall near the community which is so convenient. I would recommend this place to any one who want an inexpensive apartment in the remote area, but have access to the main road.
