I made the right decision to buy this house. The house is in the perfect location with a calm and serene vibe of the villa area. The interior was good with a white and grey tone but the outside was designed in a different way. I love the house with a covered garage and private garden. The neighborhood is so nice, we have a perfect time sometimes and friendly.

Hey guys, my name is Jodie. Recently, I just had a chance to visit the luxurious villa-tour in Dubai. It is called La Quinta. My first impression of it is the privacy. These villas are located inside the secured and gated entrance which is a Villanova community. The design seems to be modern Arabic. This is the dream place for the medium-sized family. There are many free space for the children as well. Can’t wait to see the full completion by next year.

Usually, me and my wife prefer to live in the mansion rather than a townhouse. Nevertheless, La Quinta changes our perception greatly. Quinta means house in Espanyol. This is our comfortable townhouses which provide us the best facilities. The swimming pool is huge and well-designed which we love to splash in. The neighborhood is classic and peaceful. I often play baseball with my little cousins whenever we have free time. The exterior design is somehow reminded me of Arabic theme home which is kind of luxurious. All in all, this place is the perfect getaway which located not so far from the city.
