Another project located in a nice community. Comfortable and perfect for relaxation. Botanica Tower is a tall building with a unique shape. The building is a square building. And offers stunning views of the green lawns and the endless sea, as well as the neighborhood view. My room was quite spacious and well proportioned, plus a great view. The spacious balcony is suitable for chilling, grilling, BBQ and eating on holidays. Overall, it is a good project and the location is very good. Can travel comfortably, both near the main road and close to the train.

Botanica Tower is a great place to live in, especially if you have a pet. This is one of a few places that allows them to live with us. The location of the apartment is one of the best features. Its centrally located in Dubai’s best area, with so many things to do. I’m staying in the 2-bedrooms unit, it’s modern and it ticks all of the right boxes. The balcony is larger than I thought. There are a lot of big windows here in the unit, allowing me to look at the beautiful view of the city.

Botanica Tower’s area is full of the shopping center and plenty of skyscraper buildings, for me this project has a uniqueness because of their identity. The project’s design and construction are livable and homie. For the project special point, I think is a project’s point of view, another resident and me could have greenery lawn and gorgeous sea scenery. In addition, This project’s full of facility both inside and surrounding area, there’s many commercial centers. Especially, there’s convenient transportation. So, I think this project is perfect for me.
