Adnan Saffarni and the project was developed by Tiger Properties. The project was launched in 2007 and completed in 2013. From Dubai International Cricket Stadium, head NorthWest and take a ramp to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road/E31. Continue right on the E31 and keep right at the fork, follow signs for Hessa St/D61. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for DWC Airport/E311 S/Sh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd/Abu Dhabi and merge onto Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd/E311. Take exit 26 to merge onto Al Khail Rd/E44. Take exit 12 for Hessa St/D61 E and Merge onto Hessa St/D61 in 200 meters. Continue straight to stay on Hessa St/D61. Slight right toward Lazuward N E and continue on the road. Turn left onto Street 3 and turn left toward Lazuward N E. In 200 ms turn right on Lazuward N E and drive for 1 minute and the destination arrives.

Truly the best low priced, affordable apartment in the area. The rooms are very bright and have a lot of natural lights and you can enjoy the spectacular view of the surrounding neighbourhood. Nearby bus stations which helped me alot to commute to the city. A Lot of restaurants in the area, chicken shawarma from Coop highly recommended to anyone looking to try the Arabic cuisine. Greens Mini Mart, is so close by for daily and weekly grocery shopping and prices are pretty decent. Many other buildings have security in the area so it feels like a safe and secure community.
