The condo project is in the prime location of Dubai, UAE. It is easily accessible due to the condo being close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The Sport City is next to the condo with a big golf course and green space where I can take a deep breath with fresh air from the room. The swimming pool is so good, like a 5-star hotel. There is a children's play room that is so creative and safe.

As I research and on site, Belgravia Square is out-standing for me is the project’s design and convenience. The project is being created with a new design concept that is influenced by dynamic design philosophy and driven by a new "Residential Movement" that allows homeowners to customize and create an identity for their units. And I think this project will be an interesting project when it launches.

I don't normally write reviews but I must write about this place. My favorite parts of Belgravia Square are both exterior design and facility. Let's start with the exteriors, I feel like the brown-toned color is very decent for any apartments, since it is eye-catching and somehow luxurious. Living in the earth-tone color give me the sense of clamness. The facility is fine and the gym is full of useful equipments. Recommend for single person or a couple.

I am looking forward to see the completion of Belgravia Square. I have seen the floor plans and it matches my taste. I have seen many properties from Ellington group and they seem to get better with time. The Belgravia project is modern but classy. The main focus of this building is not just a residence, but it also promotes an artistic approach. I find that the property might be sold out soon, because the price is totally reasonable.
