DAMAC Maison Prive is appears to provide me with a wonderful blue view of the Dubai Marina. It's a lot of fun to watch speedboats race around the canal. The setting is fantastic. It takes only minutes to travel to Downtown and the Burj Khalifa. There is a taxi service available at the condo. The common areas are fantastic, since they are designed with lovely materials. All of the basic amenities, such as the gym and pool, are appealing to me. This place is so close to being "ideal."

In my opinion, Prive seems to give me a nice blue views of the Dubai Canal. Watching speed-boats running through the canal is very pleasing. The location is so convenient. It can get to the Downtown and Burj Khalifa within minutes. There are taxi service which can be called at the residences. The common areas are great, since it is decorated with beautiful materials. I like all the basic facilities like gym and pool. This apartment is so close to the word 'perfect.'
