Downtown Dubai community is a vibrant, buzzing, and ultra-stylist community of Dubai. IL Primo apartment in Dubai is just luxury and stylist. A 4-bedroom apartment overlooks the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera House. The apartment units are made with all white and light grey shade marble floors, and some gold shining through. An open American style kitchen and a very spacious living area. A big sofa area which overlooks Burj Park. Amazing rooms. Surrounding area is very nice as well, as my workplace is close by and so many waterside restaurants, to enjoy fine-dining meals such at: Thiptara.
Great upcoming project to provide a convenient lifestyle.

Il Primo The Opera District is a very interesting anticipated project in Downtown Dubai. First of all, it is in a great location that is well-connected to the iconic location in Dubai. From Il Primo it takes minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Al Arab. It also offers the largest unit sizes on average with the excellent views of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown skyline and fountain. Perfect facilities and amenities to serve a luxurious and convenient lifestyle such as swimming pool, leisure space, retail areas, and shopping malls. so, I recommend paying attention to this community.

I like this project because every facility is surrounded nearby such as restaurants, retail shops, transportations systems, and also recreational facilities. It’s very fit for my comfort lifestyle.
