Marina Promenade

Marina Promenade is located in the center of Dubai Marina and has a direct view of the creek. The creek provides a front-row view to the many maritime activities taking place along the port. The King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street is a major road that connects several buildings. The metro stations are no more than 10 minutes away from the apartment. The stations include: DAMAC Metro Station, DMCC Metro Station and Ibn Battuta Metro Station. Within a 5- to 10-minute drive, there are multiple tram stops. The tram stop for Jumeirah Beach Residence is about 4 minutes away and is the closest one to Marina Promenade. The Dubai Marina tram station is only 8 minutes away by car. There are various supermarkets in the area surrounding the community, the nearest of which is the Al Maya Supermarket, which is only a 1-minute walk away. Residents can rapidly obtain all of the needs for daily living here. Daily Gourmet, which is an 11-minute drive east of the towers, is another neighboring grocery. Aside from that, there is the West-zone Fresh supermarket, the Fresh Wall supermarket, and Waitrose, which sells things imported from the United Kingdom. The Dubai Marina Walk is a 7-kilometer-long walkway lined with retail stores and eateries. This coastal boardwalk, which is only 12 minutes away, also functions as a cycling and jogging route. Bluewaters by Meraas, a one-stop destination featuring a variety of dining and recreational options, is one of the area's most well-known attractions. It's only a 13-minute drive away. The Mall of the Emirates is another well-known site for shopping and other activities, and it is only a 17-minute drive away.

Project Information
Marina Promenade, an Emaar Properties group project, comprises of six towers. Construction began in 2005 and was finished in 2008. Marina Promenade has a number of high-speed elevators. In addition to 24-hour on-site maintenance, there is 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance and key-card access control. Emaar provides district cooling to all of its developments. Residents have access to a well-equipped gym, swimming pools, and sauna. The facility has four swimming pools in total, two of which are for children and two for adults. Pets are not permitted at Marina Promenade.
