The Hills was surrounded by low-rise buildings that overlook Emirates Golf Club, which is a serene landscape, and The Meadows and The Lakes. The location of this apartment is along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) highway and right with JLT, facing Cluster X and Y. With this prime location, the apartment is easily connected to many of Dubai tourist attractions and business hotspots. Many stores are located near The Hills to make inhabitants' life easier. The majority of these are in the JLT neighborhood, with multiple Al Maya supermarkets, Carrefour Markets, and one Spinneys grocery branch in the neighboring JLT community. A Fresh Berry Store and a West Zone supermarket are both significantly further distant yet within a 10-minute drive away. There are churches, schools, clinics and hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and beaches nearby the apartment. The DAMAC Properties metro station is the nearest metro station to The Hills, which is about a 5-minute drive away. The nearest bus stop is in JLT, which can be difficult to access, especially during Dubai's hot summer months. Living in this apartment is the best for my life. The apartment is near the golf course that will bring fresh air through the room. The room is spacious and clean even though it is just 1 bedroom for me. I stayed here and had a great experience during this business trip. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.
