Forat is a comfortable villa which is affordable to own. The reason why I settled down with this project is the serene environment and comfortable living by their convenience and facility. Living in Farat villa is convenient both for the working and living part, there is a facility inside and outside with smooth transportation. But my most favorite thing about the project is the greenery which makes the project atmosphere more comfortable and livable inside.

Inside the project, one of project’s special point for me is specious hose where is perfect for living with family but for single and couple I think this not too spacious.
