5 Bedroom Villa for sale at Picadilly Green

Living in Picadilly Green is comfortable for me. Inside the project is full of convenient facilities and leisure. Especially, it's available to have a pet inside the project and their environment is suitable to grow children as well. Additionally, the project’s environment is also livable by green space and has a sports community nearby. So, I think the best definition of the project would be “convenience”

The area is very spacious and surrounded by all of Dubai landscapes. You have a desert one on side and green on one side. Across neighboring districts, you can see the coast of Dubai. As a resident with 4-bedroom villas and 3 kids, you need all the spaces needs. The villas are next to schools, super markets, and retail stores. All the necessities parents would need with having 3 kids. The villas room are modern and contemporary design. Being quite far from the city, I was surprise with how modern and clean the community looks. Being so close to Trump Golf Course, means you are surround by luxury.

Picadilly Green is always be my favorite home design, the project’s design is balancing between light tone modernist house and greenery landscape which is not too cliché of modern house but have their own uniqueness that’s still practical. Me and other resident usually have a Trump International Golf Course view as a majority of greenspace of this project. For the living is really comfortable, the area is a plenty of facility and have education facility nearby.
