3 Bedroom Apartment for sale at Damac Heights at Dubai Marina

My favorite part about the Damac Heights Tower is going to be its top-notch amenities. The gymnasium is filled with many professional equipment. The very first thing that you will be impressed is the elegant lobby area. The mood and color tone in here give me the sense of luxurious atmosphere. Some of those facilities are separated between men and women which offer the upscale privacy to me and my family. I totally think that this is one of the nicest building in the Marina area. Absolutely great designs!!

This is my first apartment review in the UAE. I moved into the Damac Heights just only a week. The first thing that I like about the apartments is its amazing location. The Dubai Marina is very convenient spot for traveling to the city’s attractions. The next thing to mention is that this is really high building which gives me the stunning views of the Palm Jumeirah. It is literally beautiful in both day and night. My room has 2 beds and the kitchen is very nice. It also has the oven for making the baked dishes. There are many high-tech stuffs inside the building like temperature-controlled pool and smart home system.

The first thing to describe about the Damac Heights Building is its height. This building has 90 floor which can gaurantee the beautiful skyline views. The location at Dubai Marina makes it very easy to find (especially for foreigners). I am so much likely to use the multipurpose and games room. It has the mini-football table which me and my companions spend many hours in here. For the nearby facilities, this place has the advantage of being in the prime spot. It has several choices of good restaurants as well as chic cafes.

I usually traveled to the city of Dubai quite frequently. I thought about having the apartment here for some time now. The Damac Heights at Dubai Marina seems to be my perfect choice among many interesting residences in the area. I think that living at this skyscraper can give me the clear views of the blue sky from the balcony. Around this location, there are various every facilities, like shopping malls, supermarkets, as well as plenty of entertainment venues. I would like to give this apartment 5 out of 5 for sure.

I would like to add some of the family-friendly aspects about the Damac Heights at Dubai Marina. Me and my husband live in the 1-bedroom apartment which I think that it is the largest types. The living area and kitchen are separated which is easy to manage the spaces and cooking tools. The views are also incredible. I am pretty much happy with the sauna facilities, it is a good way to relax and take a restat the weekends. Furthermore, this place has the amazing mini-cinema in its common area as well. Totally recommended!
